GUEST OPERATORS

Flexsys has three production units at Ruabon Works, manufacturing Santogard PVI, a pre-vulcanisation inhibitor, Flectol TMQ, an anti-degradant, and Perkacit DPG, an ultra accelerator.

• Examples of current guest operators are:

  • DuPont-Air Products Nano Materials Limited

    • DuPont-Air Products Nano Materials Limited produce material that is used in the manufacture of silicon chips. This company provides a manager on site, but the operation is staffed by Flexsys personnel.

  • Hertel Services Limited

    • Hertel Services Limited is developing a fabrication and maintenance business at Ruabon Works. Hertel employs its own staff.

  • Stokes Transport

    • Stokes Transport is an independent haulage and storage contractor. It operates from the warehouse facility adjacent to the Ruabon Works site.

Ruabon Works is an excellent base for a range of Guest Operators. Space is currently available for further guest operators to move to Ruabon Works. The infrastructure makes it an ideal location for pilot plants, as set up costs are minimised. It is particularly suitable for:
